In 1985 the company provided basic temporary secretarial services.

Today, Todd Hamilton and the staff of Lakeland Personnel & Security provide permanent and temporary staffing in almost every employment catagory ranging from general secretarial to engineering and nursing.  Whether your company is looking for people, or you are job hunting for the perfect career, Lakeland can help.

The Security Services division offers full security, rescue, safety and fire watch to local industry.  We also provide local charities and volunteer groups with donated security for events such as the Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the local Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championships.
